We understand the importance of having flexibility in your work schedule, especially when it comes to caring for others. That’s why HC-One has introduced our Flex Force initiative, giving you the freedom to choose the contracted hours you work within a 12-week cycle.

The freedom doesn’t end there, you can choose your preferred shifts and work across several care homes. By committing to a set number of hours, you can have peace of mind knowing you’ll have a permanent contract and consistent pay, with all additional hours worked paid at the end of each 12-week cycle.

Plus, you will benefit from a full induction, a range of Learning and Development opportunities and guidance from our friendly team throughout your journey, which will enable you to provide the best possible care to our residents.

We will support you to lead on innovative practices and quality improvement initiatives and will ensure you are working within evidence-based clinical policy and procedures to practice safely and with confidence.

Clinical practice

We offer a variety of Continuous Professional Development opportunities to support your PIN revalidation, and have a team dedicated to supporting you to uphold professional standards in practice. In addition, we recognise the importance of nursing leadership and will support you to work with and develop your teams, to ensure you have competent and confident care colleagues working alongside you.
