We understand the importance of having flexibility in your work schedule, especially when it comes to caring for others. That’s why HC-One has introduced our Flex Force initiative, giving you the freedom to choose the contracted hours you work within a 12-week cycle.
The freedom doesn’t end there, you can choose your preferred shifts and work across several care homes. By committing to a set number of hours, you can have peace of mind knowing you’ll have a permanent contract and consistent pay, with all additional hours worked paid at the end of each 12-week cycle.
Plus, you will benefit from a full induction, a range of Learning and Development opportunities and guidance from our friendly team throughout your journey, which will enable you to provide the best possible care to our residents.
